Privacy at Interim

What we keep

Your photos, the measurements taken from them, your answers, your cards and the reflections you write. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

We also keep your email, sign-in details, choices and consent record. Passwords are stored as hashes. Saved reflections are encrypted.

Who processes it

YouCam, by Perfect Corp, receives your photos so it can measure them and preview looks.

Google receives measurements, your situation, what you are getting ready for and the tone you chose, so it can write your notes. If a reflection you write may show you are having a hard time, Google also reads that text, and nothing else about you, only to check on it. It never receives photos.

With your approval, Google reads this question and its language to find the right help topic. No photos or earlier messages are sent. Interim does not save questions. Leave out personal or health details.

Cloudflare R2 stores photos and previews. Brevo sends account emails. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that sign-in. Your choices can reveal sensitive information, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.

How long we keep it

Delete after 30 days

Photos and previews are deleted 30 days after they are taken. Measurements and cards stay until you delete your profile.

Keep my history

Keep them until you delete them, or until 24 months after your last check in. This lets Interim compare over time and show earlier looks.

A new check in restarts the history period. Your answers and card text stay until you delete the profile. Account details stay until you delete your account.

Your choices

From your profile you can export your data, change photo storage choices or delete the profile. Account settings let you delete your account. Share links show previews and selected card text, never original photos or reflections. You can stop a link. Unit records without personal content remain after deletion.

Cookies and notifications

Cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. Notifications are off until you choose them. You can turn them off in settings.
